Exhibitor Info

The dealer den is on the third floor of the Student Union.  There are three elevators that you may use to access that floor.  Two personnel elevators and one freight elevator.  To alleviate traffic congestion, we’re asking that Retail Dealers and those with large exhibits use the freight elevator accessed from the south side of the building while artists and those with smaller exhibits please use the two personnel elevators on the north side of the building.  (See the attached map)

Load-In will be from 1PM to 7PM on Friday, November 1st.  You may start checking in and picking up your badges starting at about 12:30.  We will also allow exhibitors access to their spaces starting at 8AM on Saturday.  VIP ticket holders (about 50) will have early access to the dealer room starting at 9:30AM on Saturday, with the rest of the public being allowed in starting at 10AM.

The dealer room will close at 7PM on Saturday and re-open at 10AM on Sunday.  The con will end at 5PM on Sunday and you may begin load-out at that time.

ARTISTS:  There are three different types of Artist Alley tables.  Inside the Dealer-Den, Hallway, and Artist Court.  If you are inside the dealer den, the room will be locked overnight and you may leave your entire exhibit set up with no worry about people having access to it after hours.  If you are in the Hallway or Artis Court, those areas cannot be locked, and Tiger Con will not be responsible for items left on your table overnight, so please remove anything that would be tempting to passers by.

The benefit to being in the Hallway or Artist Court is that you do not need to stop selling at 7PM if you don’t wish to.  You may stay at your table and continue selling until the building closes at 11PM if you like.

For artists with rolling carts, there is a ramp on the northeast corner of the building that you can use to access the second floor and elevators. (see the attached map)
